INDUCTION ASSESSMENTS
In this section, I will include my various assessments and assignments during my Induction Program.
Assessment of CSTP Continuum of Teaching Practice
-In the CSTP STP section of my portfolio, I will include the five levels of development for each elements of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.
-I will utilize these assessments to monitor my progress on the CSTP Continuum of Teaching Practices.
-My progress is color-coded per semester of this induction program.
Pre-Conference, Observation, Post-Conference (POP) Cycle of Observation of Classroom Practice
-I will include details of my conferences with my mentor during the POP Cycles in this section.
Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
-This portion of my portfolio provides a roadmap for my New Teacher's Induction program activities. It will be utilized to guide my mentor and I for providing support.
-My individual learning plan is utilized to organize my teacher inquiries.
